You should stay in control of your technology
Bitralynx Solutions may administer your systems, but your organization should own them. This page explains how access starts, what stays yours, and what you can expect to see in writing.
Ownership
What stays yours
Wherever it is practical, the core parts of your environment stay in your organization's name and under your control. We administer them. We do not hold them in a way that creates lock-in.
- Your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace tenant
- Your domain name and DNS records
- Your cloud subscriptions and licensing
- Your backup data
- Your technology documentation
- Your administrative recovery accounts
- Your vendor contracts and vendor relationships
Access
How access starts
Access is earned through a defined scope, not through a sales call. Nothing about the first conversation requires you to hand over anything.
- The first conversation does not request credentials, scans, evidence collection, or remote access
- Privileged access begins only inside a defined paid engagement
- Scope, systems, and purpose are clear before access is granted
- Access records are documented so your organization knows who has what
Founder-led does not mean client lock-in
Bitralynx Solutions is founder-led. Leetroy Fraser remains directly involved in technology planning, client communication, and the standards behind every engagement. Specialized contractors may support defined projects or coverage when needed, and Bitralynx Solutions remains the coordinating point.
Important environment information, decisions, access records, vendor records, and project deliverables are documented and belong to your organization. That documentation is what keeps your organization from depending on memory or on one technician.
Clarity
What you can expect in writing
Proposals and engagement materials are written so a board member or executive director can read them and understand what is being purchased. You can expect these points to be stated in the documents for your engagement.
- Scope of the engagement
- Deliverables
- Responsibilities on both sides
- Exclusions and what is priced separately
- Pricing for the engagement
- Handoff expectations at the end of the engagement
