Pricing built around your environment
Pricing depends on covered users, locations, compliance pressure, shared devices, and overall environment complexity.
This page is planning guidance. Final scope and pricing come from paid discovery.

Estimate your monthly range
Planning guidance to help you think about scale and service level. Not a quote or an eligibility determination.
Pricing Estimator
Adjust the inputs to see an estimated monthly range. This is planning guidance, not a quote or an eligibility determination.
A seat is a staff member with their own assigned computer or account.
Seasonal and part time staff who use only email and shared computers are included at no extra charge and do not count as seats. A seat is a person with their own assigned device.
Shared program site machines still require management even when they are not assigned to a single person.
Estimated Monthly Range
per month
Includes a $1,200 monthly base for management, monitoring, and documentation, plus $115 per seat.
Choosing a service level
You choose the service level (Foundation, Protected, or Governed) based on what you want managed. Size, sites, compliance pressure, and complexity influence the price at every level, not eligibility.
This is planning guidance, not a quote or an automatic eligibility determination. Final scope and pricing come from paid discovery.
