Leadership & Experience
With over 15 years of experience in technology operations and leadership, Leetroy Fraser founded Bitralynx Solutions to bring structured, accountable IT leadership to organizations that cannot afford instability, confusion, or unmanaged risk.
Before launching Bitralynx Solutions, he spent more than a decade leading technology operations for the Illuminating Engineering Society (IES), a globally recognized standards organization headquartered in New York City. His work spanned infrastructure, systems administration, vendor management, cloud transitions, platform integrations, and compliance-focused operational strategy.

Why I Started Bitralynx Solutions
After more than a decade managing technology for a mid-size organization in NYC, I saw what IT looks like when it is done right: documented, consistent, and built around the people who depend on it every day.
Talking to organizations outside that world, I realized most didn't have that. They had some support, maybe a vendor or two, but no unified strategy. No baseline. No continuity. Just reactive support without long-term direction.
And now, with AI reshaping how every firm operates, the need for that kind of steady guidance is only growing. Someone has to help you separate the signal from the noise, adopt what actually helps, and protect against what does not.
I built Bitralynx Solutions to bring that standard of care to human services organizations, especially those serving individuals with developmental disabilities, where protecting the people you serve matters most and technology cannot be an afterthought.
