    Meet the Founder

Technology became personal long before it became a career.

I built Bitralynx Solutions around a simple belief: people should not lose hours fighting systems and support channels that never solve the real problem.

Saturday mornings, waiting for an answer

After a full week at work, my father would sometimes spend Saturday morning on a support call, repeating the same details and still ending without a real fix. I was young, but the lesson stayed with me: a technology problem is not just technical. It takes time away from a person who has better things to do.

That is where care became part of the work for me. Solving the problem matters. Explaining it clearly matters. Respecting the person waiting for help matters.

“People remember whether you solved the problem, whether you explained what was happening, and whether you stayed with them until it was handled.”

    Learning how the pieces connect

I trained in computer repair, networking, and programming, and I spent years fixing what other people could not. I was never interested in collecting tools for their own sake. I wanted to understand how the pieces connected and find the real reason something was not working.

More than a decade on the client side

Inside a New York City nonprofit, I balanced staff needs, leadership questions, board expectations, budgets, vendors, databases, networks, websites, security, and projects that still had to move forward while daily operations continued.

That experience taught me a recommendation is only useful if it fits the organization. It has to make sense to leadership, respect the budget, support staff, survive turnover, and still be understandable months later.

    Choosing to build the company

I had returned to the idea of building my own technology company more than once. After a layoff, I had a choice: keep treating it as something I might do someday, or commit to it fully.

I chose to build Bitralynx Solutions around the kind of support I wanted my father to receive on those Saturday mornings: clear answers, patient help, and someone who stays until the problem is understood.

    What founder-led means for you

When you work with Bitralynx Solutions, you do not explain your organization to one person and receive a plan from someone else. I stay close to the work because the decisions affect your staff, your budget, and the people your organization serves.

    • I learn how your staff work, where they lose time, which systems they depend on, and who is responsible when something breaks.

    • I separate what needs attention now from what can wait, and give you a clear reason for each recommendation.

    • I bring staff needs, vendor commitments, budget limits, and leadership concerns into the same conversation.

    • I stay involved as the plan becomes real, so nothing has to be re-explained to someone new.

Let’s talk through what is getting in the way.

Tell me what is happening in your environment. I will help you understand the right next step, even if that step is not a larger engagement with Bitralynx Solutions.
